With some awesome new Acro, Aerials and Tumbling Programs, extra Activebods classes and WAG and MAG programs with the flexibility we hope will suit everyone.
Our Under 5’s programs including Early Movers, Jungle Gym and Early Learners have continued to go from strength to strength and are back with class options that we hope will better accommodate your family.

We love our sport and what we love most is the teaching of safe technique in a safe environment. We have the equipment, resources and advanced training across a range of gymsports to ensure that skills are taught progressively in a safe way with a focus on technique and the appropriate physical preparation.
We are here for you and your family and are open to discuss your specific requirements. We can accommodate Accomplished Dancers, Crossfit, Kids, Adults and other sports in physical conditioning and skill acquisition. It is what we do!
We are continuing to run our Strength and Flexibility classes on Monday and Friday mornings which are open to Gymnasts, Dancers and others. The program derives from some of the worlds top physio’s and sports science recommendations.
Our WAG and MAG programs for our Level 1 and 2’s will take on some new names with the introduction of Beginners (New to Level 1),
Foundations (Level 1’s to New Level 2’s) and Intermediate (Level 2’s to new level 3’s) classes.

Once enroled please make sure you secure your place by arranging your Annual Student Membership. All Participants in 2019 will require this to participate.
